Good to know: if you are not satisfied with an item purchased online from Furntsy, we will gladly accept return items for full credit within 30 days of delivery.（15 days for Non-registered members）

Please contact us at Email: service@furntsy.com（For customer consultation）to initiate your return request. Refunds will be given in your original form of payment and applied when the returned product arrives at Furntsy.

Please keep in mind that furniture is vulnerable to damage during shipping. For this reason, it's important that you please keep and use the original packaging materials for any items you wish to return.
